Representative Doogan moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                      
withdraw the following:                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 216                                                                                                          
    "An Act making a special appropriation for a public opinion poll                                                            
    regarding a constitutional amendment concerning benefits for                                                                
    same-sex partners; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, HB 216 was withdrawn.
